The Homeowners Savings Program is a program available to associations and communities to help save
money on the cost of home-based services. We have pre-negotiated the most popular
services needed by homeowners in order to save time and money. Listed below are
some of the services included under HSP along with the price that has been negotiated.

*From March-November service is provided every 10-14 days. From late November to early March service is provided every 3 weeks depending on the
weather/climate. Customers may also upgrade service to occur more frequently.

** Our prices and quality of service will remain unbeaten by other companies since we have already negotiated the best rates in town. If you ever find a better price or better service provider let us know and we will be happy to have our brokers negotiate a better deal or better services for you.

Negotiations for these services were done by BidWilly, Inc. in cooperation with
the National Homeowners Association and local service providers. BidWilly has been
